The company is in an exciting phase of expansion and is now seeking a Group Manager for their office in Falun.
This position is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be directly employed by the client.
**About the Position**
As a Group Manager, you will have overall responsibility for building, leading, and developing the office in Falun. The role combines operational work as a fire consultant with strategic and business responsibilities. Among your tasks, you will:
- Lead and develop the operations and build an engaged team.
- Drive and participate in projects related to design, risk assessments, and fire protection.
- Be responsible for client contacts, business development, and long-term relationships.
- Participate in the company's management team and contribute to meeting strategic goals regarding quality, growth, and customer satisfaction.

**We Are Looking For You**
We are looking for an experienced fire engineer with at least three years of experience as a consultant or project manager in fire protection. You thrive in client-facing roles and are accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team.
We prefer that you:
- Are a graduated fire engineer with several years of experience as a fire consultant/fire engineer.
- Have a valid driver's license (B).
- Possess a structured working approach and clear leadership skills.
- Have a good understanding of business development and what drives growth.
It is advantageous if you have previously held a leadership role or worked as a project manager in fire technology.
