The company is in an exciting phase of expansion and is now seeking a Group Manager for the Stockholm office, a key role in establishing and developing operations in the region. You will be the first recruitment on-site and will have the opportunity to shape both the office and the team from the ground up.
The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be directly employed by the client.
**About the Role**
As a Group Manager, you will have overall responsibility for building, leading, and developing the office in Stockholm. The role combines operational work as a fire consultant with strategic and business responsibilities. You will, among other things:
• Lead and develop the business and build an engaged team.
• Drive and participate in projects related to design, risk analyses, and fire protection.
• Be responsible for client contacts, business development, and long-term relationships.
• Participate in the company's management group and contribute to achieving strategic goals related to quality, growth, and customer satisfaction.

**We Are Looking For You Who**
We are seeking an experienced fire engineer with at least three years of experience as a consultant or project manager in fire protection. You thrive in client-facing roles and are used to working both independently and in teams.
We would like you to have:
• A degree in fire engineering and several years of experience as a fire consultant/fire engineer.
• A valid driver's license (B).
• A structured working style and clear leadership.
• A good understanding of business development and what drives growth.
It is an advantage if you have previously held a leadership role or worked as a project manager within fire technology.
