Group Manager, Warranty & Retrofit Department

BAE Systems Hägglunds is in an expansive phase and is now seeking an engaged and strategically oriented Group Manager for the Warranty & Retrofit Department. We are looking for someone who wants to take a holistic approach to our Warranty and Retrofit Department – a team of approximately 20 dedicated employees who together ensure that our vehicles maintain the highest quality even after delivery. The Warranty Department handles customer warranty cases through our case portal – ensuring that each warranty claim is managed professionally and efficiently. The Retrofit Department focuses on planning and coordinating planned improvements, upgrades, and changes to our vehicles. As Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading and following up on daily work while driving the development of our working methods. Working with clear processes and structures is central – the ability to transform complexity into effective working methods is crucial for achieving results. You will be part of the OPF management team and report directly to Anders Forslund, Head of Field Service.
