Do you want to lead an engaged team and contribute to a sustainable vehicle operation? We are seeking a team leader who takes responsibility for driving and developing our workshop with a focus on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. **Your main responsibilities:** - Lead, plan, and manage daily operations together with the customer service representative. - Ensure that production operates efficiently and that deliveries are made on time with the right quality. - Participate in and contribute to Skövde Municipality's work on vehicle procurement, allocation of vehicles, and future investments with a focus on economy and environment. - Conduct salary and employee discussions and work on skills development. - Optimize costs and develop the workshop’s processes. - Ensure workplace safety, security, and quality according to applicable regulations. - Build good relationships and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. **We are looking for someone who:** - Has a structured approach to work and a good ability to lead and coach. - Is solution-oriented and has a strong commitment to business development. - Enjoys working both strategically and operationally. - Has leadership experience and preferably knowledge of the automotive industry. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Formal Competence:** - Technical education or equivalent experience in vehicle technology or workshop work. **Experience:** - Several years of experience in leadership or responsibility within a workshop or vehicle operation. - Good understanding of finance and performance management. **Personal Attributes:** - Ability to collaborate and build good relationships. - Structured and responsible. **Other Requirements:** - B driver's license. - Good Swedish in both spoken and written form (knowledge of English is an advantage). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Working in Skövde Municipality** In Skövde Municipality, we work with everything from care, support, and education to infrastructure, maintenance, cultural life, and growth.
