Our operations include financial and technical management as well as property services.
We are now seeking a Group Manager for our property services in Mariestad, Töreboda, and Tibro.
You will be responsible for the supervision of our maintenance staff in Mariestad, Töreboda, and Tibro. You will work from the office in Mariestad and be the primary contact for the delivery manager. The work is varied and social. You will work independently and have significant freedom to solve the challenges you face in your role. The team consists of about 20 employees and several seasonal workers from April to September.

As a Group Manager in Property Services, you will have a managerial and leadership role, as well as personnel responsibility for a team that handles both internal and external property maintenance and repairs. Your role will involve planning and leading daily operations. Another important aspect of your work will be budget and forecasting, as well as ensuring that we meet set goals in terms of financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring operations, both with customers and internally. You will also work with contacts in housing cooperatives and with commercial clients. In your role as a manager and leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and engaging employees, as well as providing them with the conditions for their development. You will also have a responsibility for workplace safety. As a Group Manager, you will collaborate closely with other group managers in the area.
Contribute with your expertise and commitment
You have an academic degree from a university or equivalent experience gained through many years of professional experience. We are looking for someone who is interested in both employees and customers and who has the ability to recognize and meet our customers' needs, as well as develop and support our employees.
