We are now seeking an experienced and committed Group Manager for Finance for an assignment with one of our customers, located in Luleå or Skellefteå. The assignment starts as soon as possible and is expected to continue until the summer. About the Position As a Finance Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team in daily work, ensuring accurate financial statements and reports, and contributing to improved routines and work methods. You are a natural link between employees and management and thrive in an environment where collaboration, responsibility, and initiative are valued. Primary Work Tasks • Lead, coach, and develop team members within the finance team • Responsible for financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting • Ensure quality, routines, and efficient processes within finance • Provide advice and support to the organization on financial matters • Serve as the contact person for management, auditors, and external partners • Participate in improvement work and development projects within the finance function Who Are You? We are seeking someone with an academic degree in economics or equivalent experience, who enjoys a role combining operational responsibility with leadership and development focus. You are structured, communicative, and confident in your leadership role, with the ability to create trust, engagement, and well-being within the team.
