You will work within our Hardware & Design business area, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach to develop physical products and digital experiences from concept through to large-scale production. **Responsibilities** As a Group Manager, your focus areas will be customer and business development, as well as recruitment and development of employees. By engaging with both new and existing customers, you will develop our business and partnerships, selling the full range of Knightec Group's offerings. You are someone who naturally engages in sales and drives the development of strategic business and project commitments. You will lead and be responsible for a team of approximately 20 employees, encountering a variety of competencies. You act as a role model and are a leader who sees the value in investing in employees. Through recruitment and the development of existing staff, you contribute to strengthening Knightec Group's culture and offerings. You play a significant role in shaping a modern corporate culture where people are inspired, thrive, and develop. As a Group Manager in Västerås, you will also be part of the regional management team. Here, you will be part of a strong team where we challenge and support each other daily to make a real difference together. **Qualifications** You have a good understanding of service sales and a genuine interest in technology, making you comfortable in conversations with both clients and colleagues. You enjoy collaboration, build strong relationships, and see the value in developing both individuals and teams. With experience in product development, industry, or consulting, you find it easy to navigate complex contexts. You are a humble leader with a communicative approach, having previously worked closely with the business in roles where trust, responsiveness, and long-term thinking have been central. Additionally, if you have experience in project-based businesses or an established network within the industry, it is a plus.
