Primary School Teacher in Swedish and English for Grades 4-6

We are now seeking a licensed teacher for the 4-6 grade team at Stenungsund Montessori School. Stenungsund Montessori School is an independent school operated by a non-profit economic association. We consist of two units: a preschool and an elementary school with grades F-9, as well as an after-school program. We have approximately 210 students in grades F-9. The school is located in the central part of Stenungsund, just a few meters from the bus and train station. You are qualified to teach primarily Swedish and English. Teaching will be in grades 4-6 with mentorship responsibilities. We work with the premise that student health begins in the classroom. Students' secure and positive relationships with adults contribute to safety, study peace, and high goal achievement. This means we maintain a very calm and safe learning environment where each student has the opportunity to develop individually. We are proud to be a Montessori school. We see that students' development, both academically and socially, shows excellent progression due to our Montessori pedagogical approach. Montessori training is meritorious, but it is not an obstacle to apply if you are not trained but interested in further education.
