About this role
Lund's Waldorf School is seeking an engaged and subject-knowledgeable primary school teacher for grades 4-6 for a temporary position. The role involves teaching the following subjects: Swedish, English, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Social Studies.
We are looking for someone who wants to work based on the holistic view of learning and humanity inherent in Waldorf education, where teaching is tailored to the students' maturity and developmental needs.
The school is situated close to nature in Hardeberga outside Lund and operates as a non-profit foundation. We have approximately 165 students in grades F-9 and around forty staff members. The principles of Waldorf education form the basis of our entire operation—from curriculum to daily culture—allowing room for creativity, in-depth subject exploration, and pedagogical responsibility.

- Adapt teaching based on the students' levels of maturity, needs, and diverse learning styles.
- Assess and document knowledge development in compliance with national requirements.
- Contribute to a safe and vibrant school environment where thought, feeling, and will are given space.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of the school.

- National teacher training for primary school, specializing in grades 4-6.
- Subject matter and pedagogical competence through education and/or work experience.
- Experience teaching in primary school, preferably in lower secondary.
- Experience working with students with neuropsychiatric diagnoses and an understanding of adapted working methods.
- A lively commitment to children's development and a reflective approach to learning.
We place great importance on the right person in the right role, focusing on pedagogical maturity, collaborative ability, and personal, secure leadership in the classroom.
**Personal Attributes**
We are looking for someone who:
- Teaches with presence, structure, and inspiration.
- Is responsible, solution-focused, and wants to contribute to the school's development.
- Has an inclusive pedagogical perspective with an understanding of diverse needs, particularly for students with neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
- Maintains a reflective, attentive, and curious approach towards both students and subject content.
- Wants to contribute to a school climate characterized by respect, creativity, and pedagogical depth.
**Employment Conditions**
- Temporary position, scope adjusted according to subject combination and availability.
- Start date as agreed upon.
- Salary according to collective agreements and the school's internal salary scale.
