About the School
Finjasjöpark School in Hässleholm is a two-parallel school for grades F-9 with approximately 510 students in the 25/26 academic year. Our operations are based on the Edukatus Alliance pedagogical platform, which contains important elements that unite us in our view of learning's design and direction. The foundation of this platform is that teaching should be goal-focused, grounded in reality, and it is crucial for us to have dedicated teachers who have a sense of order and have high expectations of themselves, their colleagues, and their students.
We Are Seeking Someone Who:
- Is driven to provide each student with a personal approach and create a learning experience tailored to their unique needs
- Is passionate about mathematics and science subjects with solid subject knowledge
- Has good collaborative skills and enjoys working in teams
- Has a reflective approach and actively works to develop teaching methods
- Plans, documents, and implements instruction in accordance with our governing documents
- Possesses strong communication skills and strives to create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
- Uses clear leadership to conduct teaching that promotes and maintains study calm
- Has good experience with mentoring assignments
Qualifications
You have a teaching certification to teach at the intermediate level and good experience working with these grade levels and subjects. You are responsible, positive, and have a genuine interest in education and learning.
As an educator, you are inspiring and driven to reach and engage all students. You should be self-confident and easy to collaborate with. To work with us, you should enjoy thinking innovatively and finding teaching methods and approaches that capture and create a desire to learn based on students' different needs. You enjoy working in various digital learning environments. You are a good leader both inside and outside the classroom, with structure and clarity. Goal-orientation, determination, and flexibility are important qualities to work with us. We build from the ground up and market ourselves through good work and positive relationships with those around us, including students, parents, and the municipality.
