Job Duties
We are seeking a colleague for our team working with grades 4-6, specializing in mathematics, science, and technology.
Elinelundsskolan has a growing intermediate school level, and we welcome applicants who are curious about contributing their knowledge and experience to our team. The role involves planning and conducting instruction for grades 4-6, as well as assessing students' acquired knowledge. You will evaluate and develop pedagogical work based on school guidelines and students' needs and interests, both individually and together with the team.
You will provide modern and creative instruction, finding strategies to reach each student and support their academic and personal development. You will collaborate with other school staff to create a good learning and work environment for both students and personnel, and actively participate in the school's development work. The role includes mentorship.
Qualifications
Applicants should be licensed teachers qualified to teach grades 4-6 in mathematics, science, and technology. Additional qualifications in other subjects are beneficial. Previous teaching experience is considered an advantage.
You should have a good understanding of school guidelines and be able to effectively apply them in your daily work. You possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills, enabling you to lead and organize your work to create a studious environment for our students throughout the school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and efficiently use relevant digital tools with proficiency. You will maintain a professional approach and work to build positive relationships with students, their guardians, and all colleagues at the school.

Elinelundskolan is located in a developing neighborhood in southern Malmö. We are close to exciting nature near the limestone quarry, and our learning environments create excellent conditions for teaching and learning. The school is newly built with modern facilities, staff workrooms, and group rooms for all homeroom classes. It is a preschool-9th grade school with approximately 720 students.
