Job Responsibilities
You will teach grades F-3 and will have overall responsibility for the student group, managing documentation and associated contacts. Contact and collaboration with guardians is an important part of the work. The assignment involves planning, implementing, and following up on instruction together with a work team. If you are new to the profession, you will participate in our introduction training and receive an experienced mentor to support you during your first academic year.
Qualifications
We are seeking a teacher with a teaching degree and broad subject competence who enjoys being challenged and thinking innovatively, and who sees diversity and differences as a foundation for learning and development. You are a confident adult and a clear leader in the classroom. Being a role model and creating a positive atmosphere in the student group and work team is natural for you. We prefer candidates with experience leading group processes, ability to create structure, and adapt instruction to group and individual needs. You are attentive, responsible, committed, and creative.
