Ref: 20252703 Job Responsibilities Welcome to Lindängeskolan! We are now seeking a licensed teacher for a special education group for grades 7-9 at Lindängeskolan! You will work as a teacher alongside qualified subject colleagues, special education teachers, student coordinators, and be part of a subject team where you will have the opportunity for co-planning and co-assessment with your qualified colleagues. There are opportunities for environmental monitoring so that you can develop in your subject teaching. You will be a supportive mentor for a smaller group of students in a grade, and together with your colleagues in the mentoring team, you will work towards a school that fosters a calm study environment and community. Your mentees will learn to understand the importance of effort in their studies and the motivation behind what schoolwork means now and for each student's future. To succeed, you will have support in collaboration with all your colleagues, a large and well-trained student health team, and school management. Qualifications You who are applying are a licensed teacher qualified to teach Social Studies and English for grades 7-9. Previous experience working as a teacher in a special education group is considered an asset. You have a good understanding of and knowledge about the school’s governing documents and can effectively utilize them in your daily work. Furthermore, you possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills, allowing you to lead and organize your work to create a calm study environment and a positive learning atmosphere for our students throughout their school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work, and with good knowledge and experience, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. We welcome your application!
