Your role with us:
- Teach Science and Mathematics in grades 4-6 (qualification in additional subjects is an advantage).
- Be a mentor for a group of students.
- Plan, follow up, and develop teaching together with an engaged team.
- Contribute to a safe and creative learning environment where students can grow.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a certified teacher qualified to teach Science and Mathematics in grades 4-6.
- Has training or experience in Montessori pedagogy – advantageous but not required.
- Is creative, social, and responsive with the ability to create security and good relationships.
- Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to a positive work climate.

The Department of Children and Education is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools. Hässleholm Montessori School is a municipal primary school with grades F-9 and after-school care. Approximately 300 students attend the school. We all work with Maria Montessori's pedagogy as a basis for, among other things, interaction, consideration, and respect for each other and the school environment; students should feel a sense of belonging, well-being, and achieve optimal learning. We largely work in mixed-age groups. The school is located in central Hässleholm with good train and bus connections.
