Solfagraskolan is a primary school (grades F-6) with an associated after-school program. We also have an adapted primary school for grades F-6. We believe that a calm and secure learning environment is the foundation for knowledge. Job Description
Solfagraskolan is seeking an engaged primary school teacher for after-school programs/social pedagogue for preschool class, who wants to help create a secure, inspiring, and educational start to schooling. This is a permanent full-time position starting 26-01-07.
You will work with colleagues in the preschool class during school hours and in the after-school program during the afternoon. You have an important role in creating a meaningful day where care, play, and learning go hand in hand. In close collaboration with the team, you will plan and lead activities that stimulate students' curiosity, interaction, and independence. You will actively contribute to a relational and inclusive climate where each student has the opportunity to develop based on their strengths.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Has teaching qualifications with a focus on after-school programs, social pedagogy, or equivalent pedagogical education.
• Is engaged, responsible, and has a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Has good collaborative skills and enjoys working both in teams and independently.
• Believes in the power of relationships and sees the salutogenic perspective as an integral part of the work.
• Wants to become part of our wonderful team in the preschool class.
