Your responsibilities As a primary school teacher in the after-school program for grades F-3, you will collaborate with your colleagues to provide students with an educational and meaningful experience in the after-school program. You will plan, implement, and evaluate instruction based on the curriculum, meeting the needs of the students. You will be part of a division during the school day and work together with teachers to support students in their learning. Together with your colleagues in the after-school program, you will plan, implement, and evaluate break activities, educational lessons, and after-school operations. You will always maintain a student focus and actively participate in joint planning and collegial learning with your peers. You will actively contribute to the school's quality and development work. Who are you? We are looking for a certified primary school teacher for the after-school program with knowledge of children's leisure and learning as well as their language development. You have experience working with multilingual students and an understanding of language development. Experience working with children from socio-economically disadvantaged areas is also an advantage. You listen to students and foster their participation in the education process. You prioritize the learning and safety of the students and value and practice relational leadership from a diversity perspective. You are well-versed in governing documents and have a strong ability to translate curriculum goals into your work. You are engaged, flexible, organized, take initiatives, and have excellent collaboration skills while actively participating in the team. Furthermore, you take responsibility for both your own teaching and the quality and development work at the school. You exhibit clear leadership and possess a mature and stable approach. Additionally, you are flexible and maintain your composure even in stressful situations. We welcome your application!
