For the right person, this role offers a great opportunity for freedom with responsibility, where decision-making paths are short. You will be responsible for planning, implementation, and assessment. As a teacher with us, you are expected to have strong subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching to meet students' needs. We want to see that you build good relationships with colleagues and contribute to the team’s joint efforts, as well as participate in the school's overall development work. In your role as a mentor, you will foster positive and trusting relationships with both students and guardians, which is an important part of creating security and a conducive learning environment.
