Welcome to Pilagårdsskolan, located in Östra Ljungby outside of Klippan in a picturesque setting with good communications. The school is a preschool to 6th grade unit with currently around 250 students and an after-school program divided into two departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the after-school program team and collaborate with school educators in preschool to 6th grade. Opportunities to work in PREST subjects exist. Together with your team, you will plan, implement, develop, and evaluate work in accordance with current governing documents. You will also actively and passionately work to create a safe, inspiring, and developmental learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking candidates with a primary school teacher's degree focused on after-school program work/recreational pedagogy. Preferably with qualification to teach one or more PREST subjects.
As a pedagogue with us, you will always meet children/students with commitment, warmth, and curiosity. You are clear in your leadership, see each individual, and contribute to building a secure and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed based on their abilities and needs.
As a person, you are positive, confident, and stable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in close cooperation between after-school programs and school. You are committed to good communication with students, colleagues, and guardians, demonstrating this by listening, communicating, and constructively resolving potential conflicts. Previous experience working in after-school programs or teaching at primary and middle school levels is meritorious.
Experience with type 1 diabetes, medication, and carbohydrate calculation is considered positive.
