Elementary School Teacher (Grades 4-6)

Do you want to help shape students' important intermediate school years? We are now seeking five teachers for grades 4-6, four permanent positions and one temporary position. As a teacher in grades 4-6, you will guide students further on their knowledge journey, strengthen their self-esteem, and encourage them to discover new interests and abilities. Together with committed colleagues, you will create a safe and inspiring school environment where each student has the opportunity to grow - both academically and personally. YOUR ROLE As a teacher in grades 4-6, you will plan, implement, and follow up on instruction in your subjects. You will help students build upon their fundamental skills in areas such as Swedish, mathematics, and English, while developing their curiosity and ability to think independently. You are a clear leader who creates structure and security in the classroom - but also an inspirational figure who makes learning both meaningful and enjoyable. An important part of the assignment is collaboration with colleagues, students, and guardians, working together to create the best conditions for students' development. YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE We are seeking candidates with a teaching certification qualifying for instruction in grades 4-6. Those nearing the end of their education and awaiting certification are also welcome to apply. To thrive in this role, you need the ability to engage and inspire your students, while being a secure and clear leader. You appreciate collaboration and see the value in developing the organization together with others. To work within Education and Labor Market services, you must submit an extract from the criminal record registry. You will order this extract for schools and childcare from the Police (https://polisen.se/). It is valid for one year and must be renewed thereafter.
