As the Store Manager at Godisfabriken in Funäsdalen, you will be a key person in the daily operations. You lead by being active on the shop floor, coaching your team, and creating an environment where the customer experience is central. You are responsible for achieving sales targets by inspiring sales and building a cohesive and engaged team.
Your responsibilities include:
• Being an active leader in the store, inspiring and engaging your team to provide customers with the best experience.
• Driving and developing the store's sales by motivating staff and ensuring high customer service.
• Being responsible for achieving set budgets and sales targets.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing employees through regular conversations and coaching.
• Creating and maintaining a well-planned and efficient staffing structure.
• Planning and structuring daily operations to ensure a well-functioning store.
• Approving invoices, managing delivery notes, and following up on any discrepancies.
• Continuously analyzing and monitoring sales, staff, budget, and inventory status.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 2 years of experience in retail and a strong sales drive.
• Is a natural leader who motivates and inspires their team to succeed.
• Enjoys working operationally and leading by being present on the shop floor.
• Is an engaged and solution-oriented person with good planning and organizational skills.
• Has experience in personnel responsibility, recruitment, and scheduling.
• Is computer literate and has experience with administrative tasks.
