Read more about Bona at www.bona.com About the Role As Global Sales & Operations Planning Manager, you will be responsible for further developing Bona's global work processes and system support for sales and operations. Here, you'll have the chance to be the architect behind planning work by strengthening structure, responsibility allocation, and interaction between systems, data, and execution across different functions with the goal of creating a more predictable and business-aligned S&OP process. The role is strategic, but with operational presence, and with a significant mandate to shape processes, build structures, and increase maturity across the global planning chain. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with both the management team and operational functions such as sales, production, purchasing, supply chain, and finance. You will drive the development of Bona's global S&OP process and ensure that it creates real value, from demand forecasting to supply planning, capacity management, and financial connection. You will also be responsible for identifying needs, defining requirements, and anchoring these with management, and then driving your change projects across cross-functional teams in the organization. Your main responsibilities include: - Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle in collaboration with regional teams - Establish and further develop Bona's global S&OP process – strategy, structure, and tools - Consolidate and stabilize demand planning, and translate sales forecasts into executable production plans - Ensure close collaboration between sales, supply chain, production, and finance - Lead the development and creation of integrated business and capacity plans - Build reporting models and decision support linked to KPIs such as forecast accuracy, delivery precision, service level, and inventory turnover - Be a driving force in change management and build long-term process ownership - Drive and develop SAP IBP and QlikSense as central tools and contribute to a data-driven approach and improved data quality About You To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be accustomed to leading complex processes, working cross-functionally, and switching between strategic and operational work. You move effortlessly between the holistic perspective and details and know how to get a global organization to collaborate on the same plan. You are analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable in changing environments. With a natural ability to lead without formal personnel responsibility, you get things done through clear communication, structure, and commitment. We believe you are: - Strategic in thought and operational in action - Comfortable in the interface between sales, supply chain, production, and finance - A change leader who brings others along – even without formal management mandate - Pedagogical, attentive, clear, and experienced in driving initiatives and creating engagement - Unpretentious, curious, and responsible You have: - Master's degree in engineering or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or industrial economics - 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, project, and change management - Experience working in a client role with external consultants - Experience driving and developing S&OP or IBP processes in an international environment - Experience from in-house manufacturing industry - Very good understanding of the connection between sales, production, and financial planning - Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning systems
