I am a cheerful and social 38-year-old woman living in Bålsta (5 minutes from the train station) with my parents. I use a wheelchair and have autism, and I am now looking for personal assistants who can support me in my daily life.
**About the Job**
The work involves assisting me with, among other things:
- Hygiene and dressing/undressing
- Transfers (aids and a lift are available)
- Daily routines at home
- Accompanying me to activities, such as movies and concerts
The job is not physically strenuous but requires patience, attentiveness, and a positive attitude.
**Who am I looking for?**
- You are a woman, patient, and self-assured
- You are flexible, non-smoker, and have a genuine interest in working with individuals with special needs
- Experience or education in the field is an advantage but not a requirement
- You speak and write Swedish fluently
- A driver's license and access to a car are a plus
**About the Employment**
- Working hours: to be agreed upon, initially an average of 10–15 hours/week or as needed, with the possibility of more!
- Salary: hourly wage according to collective agreement (Fremia & Kommunal)
- Employment type: temporary employment with the possibility of increased hours as needed
