We are now seeking additional team members for the Swedish Cancer Society's donor service.
You will receive calls from individuals and companies wanting to make donations, who have questions about their giving and the organization's activities.
You contribute to a pleasant team atmosphere and are solution-oriented in your work. You have good knowledge of customer/donor service and are experienced with working in various systems.
The work involves:
• Receiving and handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a correct, professional, and friendly manner
• Ensuring all your cases receive a quick and satisfactory resolution, and are documented according to current procedures
• Making sure each donor leaves the conversation with a positive feeling and the knowledge that their matter has been handled correctly
You will be part of a team of 11 colleagues who, through their diverse backgrounds and skills, strive towards common goals and contribute to a secure and inspiring workplace.
We offer a fixed salary according to collective agreement and employment pension. Working hours are 8am–5pm for full-time, alternatively 9am–6pm. The position is located at one of our offices in Västertorp.
