We take care of it so they can focus on their business. We are now looking for a Delivery Coordinator for our headquarters in central Malmö. You will have a role where administration meets customer contact, and where your work makes a significant difference for both customers and colleagues across the country. Responsibilities and Duties • Manage orders within our Cloud services, such as driving logs, walkie-talkies, and cloud switchboards • Coordinate deliveries until everything is ready and the customer is up and running • Handle orders that come in through our webshop • Provide support to end customers regarding orders and deliveries • Assist our offices across the country with inquiries in the same areas • Conduct basic training for customers and colleagues Who are you? We are looking for a person who thrives on structure, order, and administration, but who also enjoys talking to customers and helping out when needed. You have experience in similar roles, preferably from telecommunications, IT, or vehicle solutions. You recognize yourself in this: • You are meticulous and enjoy taking responsibility • You are comfortable in customer contact, both over the phone and via email • You learn systems quickly and work systematically • You are pedagogical and can explain things in a simple way • You enjoy working collaboratively with others and contributing to improvements It is a plus if you have worked with telecommunications or vehicle solutions, but it is not a requirement.
