Stockholm Exergi is the energy company for Stockholm residents, and we are approximately 800 employees who work every day to reduce Stockholm's climate impact. We heat over 800,000 Stockholm residents, and our 3,000 km long district heating network is the hub of the societal benefits we create. We plan to build a carbon capture facility at our bioenergy combined heat and power plant in Värtan with the potential to capture 800,000 tons of carbon dioxide per year, which is more than Stockholm's road traffic emits during the same period.

As Geographic Area Manager within Distribution Contracting, you will have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating contracting operations within a specific geographic area. The role is crucial in ensuring that investments, reinvestments, and maintenance projects are implemented efficiently, safely, and with high quality - in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Main work tasks will include:
• Taking responsibility for planning, coordinating, and following up on contracting work in the area.
• Acting as the project developer for projects in the geography.
• Being the contact point for project managers, contractors, and the operations organization.
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to applicable legal requirements, work environment requirements, schedules, budget, and technical specifications.
• Contributing knowledge during project design phases and when prioritizing efforts.
• Identifying risks and opportunities in the field, and proposing improvement measures.
• Supporting the organization during various project stages.
The position is a permanent employment and involves daytime work.
Location: Work at the company's facilities, based at Campus, Hjorthagen.
The role is security classified, which means you will need to pass a security clearance to work in this position.

Requirements:
