About this role

IF YOU HAVE THE WILL, WE HAVE THE REST Stadium Loves Tech – Do You Too? We're Seeking a Systems Developer for Our New Integration Development Team, Shared Services, at the Office in Norrköping. Here You'll Have the Opportunity to Shape Our Architecture and Integrations, Drive Strategies and Guidelines, and Contribute to Delivering with Quality and Impact. Are You Our Next Star Player? What Does Being a Star Player at Stadium Mean? Stadium's mission is to inspire an active life for everyone. To make our mission possible, it's important that all our employees have fun at work and share our dream: to activate the world. In this role, you'll belong to Stadium Tech and work closely with cutting-edge technology. We believe in DevOps, Agile, and Lean, where we collectively take responsibility for quality and continuously deliver value together. The best solutions are created in a complex and fast-moving world through collaboration, iterative working methods, and continuous learning – with empathy for both users and colleagues. The role offers both professional and personal development in an innovative team. What Does Being a Systems Developer at Stadium Involve? In this role, you'll be part of a new team responsible for: - Setting strategies, principles, and guidelines for how integrations should be built together with our development teams. - Developing, maintaining, and owning integrations. - Being available and collaborating with all teams, especially in close cooperation with Application Specialists to build integrations. - Contributing to skills development and knowledge transfer between Application Specialists, systems developers, and others in the organization. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with experience in systems development focused on integrations who wants to help shape how Stadium builds future solutions. You have a college or master's degree in IT, systems science, or equivalent experience, and have worked with backend development in .Net or Java for several years. You have a good understanding of API design, event-driven architecture, and how to create robust, scalable integration flows. You thrive in cloud environments – preferably Azure – and have experience with technologies like Service Bus, Logic Apps, Function Apps, REST APIs, and OAuth authentication. Knowledge of CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is considered a clear advantage. Experience with retail or e-commerce processes is also merit-worthy. Stadium's corporate language is Swedish, so basic Swedish skills in both speech and writing are required. But for us, the role is about more than just technology. We believe that, like us, you are driven to make a difference together. You have the ability to take full responsibility for technical solutions, contribute to architecture, and guide others with both expertise and care. You are curious, unpretentious, and communicative, and you thrive in a team where we challenge each other, share knowledge, and celebrate successes together. Position Details: - Permanent full-time position with start date by agreement - Probationary period will be applied - Application deadline: 11/30 Interested candidates should apply directly. Personality and logic tests will be part of the recruitment process. Any questions can be directed to Emma Svensson at [email protected] Welcome to Join the Movement!
