Comfort Hotel Eskilstuna is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and elevate the hotel to new heights.
As our current hotel director moves on to new challenges, we are looking for an engaged and inspiring leader with a strong ability to organize and motivate their team.

Your main responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of the hotel and all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve profitability targets.

• Maintain brand standards and be a passionate advocate for Strawberry and our values.

As the hotel director, you are ultimately responsible for the hotel, overseeing operational, financial, and quality optimization across all parameters for all departments. You will have department heads to assist you, and together you will look at the whole to ensure optimal operations while meeting set goals. This is a full-time, year-round position. Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires great commitment. You will report to the Operations Manager.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has extensive experience in a leadership position within the hotel industry and the ability to coach and lead your employees in their daily work.
• Is a strategically minded individual with a proven track record of achieving financial goals.
• Possesses strong communication skills, good business acumen, and a passionate commitment to guest service.
• Has a passion for creating a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Is fluent in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
• Is a positive and unpretentious person.
