We are looking for a salesperson with:
• Personal drive and high initiative
• Results-oriented, goal-focused, and sales-driven
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Structured and meticulous
• Basic numerical skills, able to perform simple analyses
• Good experience in presentation and communication with customers
• Completed high school education or equivalent
• Experience in the restaurant/fast food sector is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of Office 365
• B driver's license
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for their sales district and achieving both local and centrally set goals while driving positive sales growth.
• Develop a visit plan for customers and prospects in their district. Responsible for prioritizing to achieve results in the district and within the current sales period.
• The salesperson is ultimately responsible for building and maintaining business relationships.
• Ensure that the right customer materials reach the right customers.
Your tasks:
Main responsibilities:
• Act as a cultural ambassador in accordance with the company's values both internally and externally, and represent the company according to the applicable dress code.
• At the beginning of each year, design and develop an annual and action plan that leads to the annual goal.
• Visit customers in the district based on the current visit plan for each sales period.
• Prepare for each visit with goals and presentations.
• Responsible for profitability and growth in the district.
• Present and implement new products, store activities, campaigns, and relevant sales-driven information.
• Develop the sales location and educate the customer for long-term profitability for both parties.
• Establish, maintain, and follow up on cooperation agreements.
• Target and recruit new customers and identify attractive new sales locations.
• Broaden the product range for customers.
• Work and plan in the company's sales support system.
• Collaborate and communicate with all internal and external functions, such as direct sales, inside sales, and warehouse.
Additional tasks:
• Report and submit reports, follow-ups, market issues, etc., on time.
• Establish visit plans in the sales support system.
• Synchronize data from the sales support system daily.
• Participate in conferences, sales meetings, trade fairs, and training sessions.
