Job Description
We are seeking someone who wants to take on an exciting consulting assignment as a Warranty Claims Handler at a newly established dealership in northern Stockholm. You will become an important part of a dedicated team that is currently building up the business and establishing routines for the future.
In the role of warranty claims handler, you will be responsible for managing and administering warranty cases, from initial reporting to closure. You will work closely with the workshop manager, service market, and importer to ensure that warranty claims are processed correctly and efficiently.
Your main tasks will include:
- Processing warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
- Contact with importer and technical support
- Follow-up and reconciliation of warranty cases
- Administrative documentation and quality assurance of supporting materials
- Support for workshop and service team in warranty and complaint matters
The assignment starts immediately and will initially run for 3 months, with potential for extension.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in warranty administration within the automotive industry, preferably from an authorized workshop or general agent. You are structured, meticulous, and enjoy a role that combines administration with problem-solving and service.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Previous experience with warranty cases in the automotive industry
- Good system skills and ability to quickly learn new IT systems
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and manage details
- Good communication skills and service-mindedness
