About the Position
As a Warranty Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and administering warranty cases from start to finish. You will work on reviewing claims, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring that all cases are handled according to applicable guidelines and agreements. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties to ensure a smooth process and high customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administering and managing warranty claims according to current agreements and guidelines
- Conducting dialogue with customers, suppliers, and workshops
- Reviewing and analyzing documentation to ensure warranty requirements are met
- Following up on ongoing warranty cases and ensuring they are handled within the set timeframe
- Creating reports and compiling statistics related to warranty cases
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience with warranty management, administration, or a similar role in the automotive industry or other technical environment
- Have good understanding of agreements and warranty commitments
- Are detailed, structured, and have strong analytical skills
- Have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with different parties
- Have experience working in business systems and good knowledge of the Office suite
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
