What does the role entail?
As our new Warranty Manager, you will be a key player in our team, responsible for handling warranty processing, goodwill cases, and insurance matters. You will also be a resource at the customer desk and support service advice and parts and accessories responsibilities when needed. Here, you'll have the chance to work closely with the workshop manager, customer desk, and other key parties while ensuring our customers receive the service they deserve.
Your tasks will include:
• Warranty Processing: Assessment, invoicing, and follow-up of warranty cases.
• Goodwill and Insurance Cases: Management and documentation.
• Trade-in Testing: Calculation and valuation.
• Customer Desk Resource: Helping where needed.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working in Cabas and is familiar with collaborating with insurance companies.
• Is an expert in ensuring warranty policies and rules are followed with the general agent.
• Is a structured and organized problem solver who can handle high-stress situations.
• Has a burning ambition to pursue quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
• Previous experience in customer service in the automotive industry
• Understanding of the entire service process with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work systematically and efficiently even under time pressure
• Good communication skills in Swedish & English, both verbal and written
• Driver's license (B-license) (requirement)
