We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to work in our Project Office unit. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Gästrike Vatten has a high investment rate with many ongoing projects and assignments. The Project Office unit's task is to provide support in structure, routines, planning, and follow-up in the projects. Communication occurs with many within the company. This close collaboration is essential for the overall planning of the company to function, as we need to maintain high quality in our investments. As a Project Coordinator, you will become an important part of Gästrike Vatten, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside our project managers and with many other stakeholders. In this role, you will support project management and clients, while also handling project administration and documentation. You will work both operationally and strategically, from compiling project portfolios and monitoring the external environment, to driving change and developing the Project Office, as well as managing practical preparations for meetings and activities. **Areas of Responsibility** - One of the most common roles of the Project Office is to provide support to both project managers and project clients. - Follow-up/control to ensure that projects and assignments adhere to project methodology (XLPM). - Develop and implement (train) project management methods and tools (templates). - Compile and report on the project portfolio for our projects and assignments. - Responsible for routines and training in Lime. - Process owner and administrator for Avima, our project portal. **QUALIFICATIONS** You are self-driven, persistent, digital, proactive, systematic, and meticulous. You thrive in having many points of contact and collaborating in teams. You have an easy time communicating verbally and in writing, presenting quantitative information in a pedagogical, engaging, and inspiring manner. To be successful in this role, you need: - Experience in business development. - Good computer skills and experience working with Office programs. - A higher education degree in fields such as economics, administration, or equivalent. - A couple of years of experience in similar tasks. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in portfolio management, project work, and change management. **OTHER** We warmly welcome your application!
