About this role
At our workplace, you'll become an important part of a team where everyone strives towards the same goal. You'll have a workplace where you are seen, appreciated, and where your contribution is significant.
We are now seeking a female personal assistant for a happy and positive 38-year-old man who uses a wheelchair and lives independently in Lindesberg. Due to his multiple disabilities, he needs around-the-clock support with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, feeding via a stomach button, and catheter management.
He is a joyful person who loves music, movies, walks, and many other activities that fill his days with happiness. During the day, he participates in daily activities, where you will also provide support. As a personal assistant, you'll have a unique opportunity to be an important part of his life, create security, and simultaneously contribute to making each day stimulating and meaningful.
About you: We are seeking someone who spreads energy and positivity in their work. You are independent, take initiative, and have a natural ability to interact and collaborate with people. Previous experience in personal assistance or similar work is meritorious, but absolutely not a requirement – the most important thing is that you get along well together.
We value that you are attentive, caring, and enjoy making everyday life both secure and fun for the person you assist. With us, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference and be an appreciated part of someone's life.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a non-smoker.
• Is flexible with working hours.
• Is independent and proactive.
• Has very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Scope & Work Arrangement:
• Start Date: By agreement.
• Employment Degree: 85% on fixed schedule.
• Contract: Introduction period and approximately one month of hourly employment before regular employment degree is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel comfortable and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work Shifts: Day, evening, and night shifts with on-call duty, and occasional weekends. Overnight shifts may become relevant in the future.
What do we offer you?
Working as a personal assistant is more than a job – it's a way to facilitate someone else's daily life while feeling that you're contributing something important. We appreciate your skills and commitment, and we see each individual as a valuable part of our team. We offer:
• Internal training to strengthen your competence and confidence in the role.
• Guidance and support in daily life from our experienced team.
• Favorable employment terms according to collective agreement.
• Generous wellness allowance for those with permanent positions.

We will contact candidates on an ongoing basis for an initial interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may occur before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by ENKV assistance staff, together with the client and potentially relatives, guardian, or other involved parties.
To be employed with us, you must be at least 18 years old, be able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. A valid BankID is also required since employment contracts and time reports are signed digitally.
Salary & Compensation:
• Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
