Your workplace is centrally located in Örnsköldsvik. I am a woman in my 30s living here with my family, and I am now seeking a committed personal assistant who wants to help expand my team. Initially, you will work in a double assistant setup with my experienced assistants, providing a secure and thorough introduction. If you have previous experience in personal assistance, it is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are quick to learn, attentive, and curious about trying new tasks. Since you will be my voice in everyday life, you need to be able to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The position is part-time with varying shifts according to a schedule. In our scheduling tool (Aiai), you can also easily indicate when you are available and request unstaffed shifts. Scope & Work Arrangement: • Start date: As agreed. • Agreement: Initially, you will have a part-time hourly contract, and provided everything works well, there is the possibility for fixed shifts in the schedule between 50-75%. • Work shifts: Varied working hours during weekdays and weekends. Recruitment Process & Employment Conditions Recruitment Process: We will continuously contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview. The position will be filled once we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline.
