This approach is demonstrated by every employee and elected representative in their daily work and in interactions with citizens and clients. **JOB DESCRIPTION** As a summer substitute in our special housing facilities, Mariahemmet or Solgläntan, you will have a summer job where your contributions truly make a difference. You will work with elderly individuals who need support in their daily lives and contribute to their security, participation, and quality of life. Your tasks will vary and may include assistance with personal care, such as dressing, hygiene, and meals, practical chores like cleaning and shopping, as well as social activities and conversations. Your care and engagement in your interactions with the residents are the most important aspects of the role. Work in special housing facilities takes place around the clock, which means you may work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and nights. After the summer, there are good opportunities to continue as a substitute worker. Please mention in your application if you are particularly interested in Mariahemmet or Solgläntan. **QUALIFICATIONS** We do not require any prior experience, but to thrive in this role, you need to have a genuine interest in people and a desire to make a difference. You will receive thorough training before you start. For us, your attitude and engagement are the most important. You have a genuine interest in people and perform your work in a respectful and professional manner. You collaborate well with colleagues and build good relationships with the individuals you support. It is advantageous if you have ongoing or completed education in health and social care programs, nursing programs, or other relevant care training. Experience in care work, pedagogy, or behavioral science is also beneficial. If you have previously worked with us and have good references, we view that positively as well. For all summer substitute positions, you need to be: • At least 18 years old • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written A B driver's license is required for certain positions.
