Your workplace
Primary Care Rehabilitation is part of the health and rehabilitation sector and has approximately 80 employees (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, medical administrators, and rehabilitation assistants) distributed across 17 clinics in the region. The main mission of the organization is to offer preventive, health-promoting, and equitable rehabilitation throughout the region for individuals of all ages.
We are now looking for a physiotherapy student who wants to work with us at our clinic in Kristinehamn during the summer, thus gaining a great start in their future career as a physiotherapist.
Your responsibilities
As a physiotherapy student, you will work as a physiotherapy assistant with varied tasks to support the physiotherapists and ensure that the clinic runs smoothly during the summer. The tasks mainly consist of administrative duties but may also include patient work alongside a physiotherapist. At our clinic, you will meet patients of all ages, with various types of issues and at different stages in life. In addition to high accessibility and good quality, it is also important that you provide excellent service and a positive approach.
Your qualifications and skills
We are looking for someone who is studying to become a physiotherapist and is interested in working in primary care. We consider it an advantage if you have completed up to the 4th semester. Previous experience in healthcare is a merit. We want you to be flexible, creative, and have good collaboration skills, as well as being engaged. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
A B driver's license may be required.
