We are responsible for rehabilitation for individuals enrolled in municipal primary care. This includes regular housing, special accommodations, short-term units, as well as LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry. You will be part of a competent and dedicated team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation nursing assistants. You will plan and prioritize your work independently, but also in close collaboration with colleagues. You will meet patients with varying needs and work from a person-centered approach where the patient is co-creating their rehabilitation plan. Teamwork is a central part of the role, and you will collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, rehabilitation nursing assistants, and relatives. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in the field is an advantage. You are confident in your skills, have a good ability to make decisions, and plan your work in a structured manner – but are also flexible when urgent interventions are required. You are a communicative and empathetic person who enjoys working both independently and in a team. A driver's license is required as the role covers a larger geographical area.
