Vårdcentralen Tollarp, branch Degeberga, is located in the countryside, surrounded by forests and open fields, serving approximately 8,400 registered patients. Both locations have a strong sense of community and a high level of trust in the healthcare center. Here, we provide care for both somatic and mental health issues and are working on developing new methods of team-based care. We are connected to five nursing homes and provide home healthcare in two areas. In addition to our medical consultations, we have a social worker, dietitian, psychologist, occupational therapist, nursing assistants, and nurse-led specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, child health care (BVC), and health conversations. Our laboratory is staffed by experienced nursing assistants, and in daily operations, medical secretaries, receptionists, and administrators provide essential support. We are constantly evolving, and this autumn, our focus is on further developing teamwork. We strive to offer patients interdisciplinary assessments from professionals such as physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists based on their needs. JOB DESCRIPTION We are now welcoming a physiotherapist with a genuine interest in primary care. With us, you will work independently but with strong support from experienced colleagues. You will meet patients primarily with symptoms related to the musculoskeletal system, but also an increasing number of patients with issues related to stress and mental health. You will receive new patients, conduct examinations, and follow your patients throughout their treatment. Additional tasks include extended assessments related to medical visits, telephone consultations, and preventive health work. You will work with both individual treatments and lead various group activities. As a physiotherapist with us, you will collaborate with other professional categories at the healthcare center. You will, of course, be part of the healthcare center's operational development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's language scale is required. Experience as a physiotherapist in primary care is considered an asset. Additional training in orthopedic medicine is also advantageous. You find change exciting and are eager to take the initiative in developing the organization. Furthermore, you are self-assured and enjoy working collaboratively with various professional categories.
