About the Position
We are now seeking a licensed physiotherapist who wants to help develop healthcare services in Tyresö Municipality. We welcome those who enjoy change, see opportunities, and want a role where you make a difference every day.
As a physiotherapist, you will work in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals to meet individual healthcare needs. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions and document according to current guidelines. The work occurs in close dialogue with patients, relatives, residential staff, and other actors such as doctors and Habilitation (HAB), where we often play a key linking role between individual and service.
You will also have an important role in guiding, training, and supporting care staff and support educators within your professional domain.
A significant part of the work is relationship-building, which means you enjoy making contact, creating, and nurturing relationships. We seek someone who enjoys personal interactions and sees value in long-term collaboration.

The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment starting January 12, 2026, or by agreement.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, daytime. Public holidays falling on weekdays are off.

Who Are You?
We seek a licensed physiotherapist interested in development and a rehabilitative approach. You have a B driver's license and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Experience working within LSS or social psychiatry is meritorious.
To thrive in the role, you are a relationship-building and responsible person who enjoys collaborating with others and sees change positively. You are structured, attentive, and have a good ability to adapt to individual needs.
