Your Responsibilities We are a well-functioning and interdisciplinary team where several healthcare professions collaborate closely. All rehabilitation staff work from the same office, but the daily work takes place at the special housing facilities. Your tasks include, among other things, mobility assessments, fall prevention, daily rehabilitation, treatments, prescribing assistive devices, and follow-up on interventions. The needs and well-being of the patients are always the focus. In your role, you will collaborate daily with nursing staff and contribute your expertise in rehabilitative approaches, mobility techniques, and assistive device management. Supervising students may also be part of your responsibilities. Your Qualifications You are a licensed physiotherapist, and it is a plus if you have previous experience in the profession, although it is not a requirement. In your interactions with our patients, you are confident and calm. You enjoy collaborating while also being able to make independent decisions and work autonomously when necessary. You plan your workdays independently but can adapt when needed. We value development and a forward-thinking attitude, and you are welcome to bring ideas or suggestions on how we can improve further. We expect you to be comfortable using computers and documenting in your daily work. Experience in prescribing assistive devices is considered an advantage. A valid B driver's license is required.
