As a physiotherapist in home rehabilitation, you will work in patients' homes, often in a team with an occupational therapist, but also during individual visits. Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities include, among others: - Activity and functional assessment, investigation, advice, and support regarding self-care. Prescription of assistive devices and information about products and technology. - Rehabilitative training aimed at improving and/or maintaining function. - Preventive health work such as fall prevention and increasing physical activity. - Collaborate with other healthcare providers, guide and support relatives and healthcare staff, as well as supervise students.
