We are now seeking a Physiotherapist for Community Rehabilitation in Vänersborg!
We are a dedicated unit providing rehabilitation and habilitation within municipal healthcare responsibilities.
Our team consists of approximately 30 occupational therapists and physiotherapists, along with a rehabilitation assistant, working in an inspiring environment with strong team spirit and camaraderie.

Job Responsibilities
As a physiotherapist with us, you will have an independent and varied assignment responsible for assessment, planning, and implementation of physiotherapeutic interventions. You will follow up treatments, fit and prescribe assistive devices, and ensure each patient receives appropriate support based on their needs and circumstances.
A critical part of the work involves guiding, informing, and educating patients, family members, and staff on rehabilitation issues. You will contribute to creating security, participation, and understanding in the rehabilitation process.
We emphasize cross-professional collaboration – working with colleagues and other professional groups to create comprehensive solutions for each care recipient. Supervising students may also be a natural part of the assignment.
Qualifications
You are a licensed physiotherapist with genuine interest in working with elderly and individuals with functional impairments. Experience in similar settings is meritorious.
We seek someone who takes responsibility for their assignment, plans, and prioritizes according to available resources and organizational goals.
You have a positive human-centered approach and always consider individual needs and participation. To thrive in this role, you must be able to work independently while effectively collaborating with colleagues and other professionals.
We value an outgoing, relationship-building personality with excellent ability to establish and maintain contacts. You should demonstrate good judgment and the capacity to plan and organize work in a structured and efficient manner.

Conditions
B driver's license is required.
Experience is required.
