About the Position The Healthcare Team currently consists of three nurses and an occupational therapist. We are now seeking a part-time physiotherapist to join our team as our current physiotherapist moves on to other assignments. Perhaps you are currently working part-time for another employer and would like to supplement your hours with us? In the role of physiotherapist, you will closely collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, managers, support educators, and method supervisors. The Healthcare Team works Monday through Friday, offering you the opportunity to plan and structure your workday in dialogue with your colleagues and based on the organization's needs. You will also have excellent opportunities to track the rehabilitation and habilitation results of your patients over time. Our office is located in Askim, which will serve as your base. Work is performed in the user's home, which may be a group home or supported living facility, as well as in daily activities. You will assess, diagnose, implement, and follow up on physiotherapeutic interventions, and be responsible for prescribing and fitting assistive devices. As a licensed professional, you are also responsible for documentation of planned, implemented, and evaluated interventions. We use Welfare (Alfa e-care) as our journal system. You will guide staff in various care, rehabilitation, and habilitation situations, such as daily activities, transfers, and assistive device management. You will also be proactive, coordinate, and provide training in our transfer and basic equipment training together with the occupational therapist. Your Profile You are a licensed physiotherapist authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. We prefer candidates with experience working as a physiotherapist in municipal healthcare. Experience working with the target group under LSS personal circle 1 is meritorious. Experience and knowledge in manual transfers, personal lift transfers, and supervisory training are also advantageous. You are familiar with IT-based journal systems and have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Our team-based approach requires you to be flexible, responsible, and skilled at collaboration. You also need to be capable of independently structuring and organizing your tasks. We place great importance on personal suitability. Terms A driver's license (B-license) is required for the position. Before a potential job offer, we will need an extract from the police criminal record register.
