Rehab City is a results-oriented unit within SLSO, the Stockholm County Healthcare Region, an organization that values creativity and development. We consist of approximately 85 employees across three different clinics and provide primary care rehabilitation. Job Responsibilities: As a physiotherapist in home rehabilitation within primary care, you will meet patients of all ages and from various cultures. The patients have different diagnoses and disabilities. We work both in home rehabilitation teams and with individual home visits. You will be working with functional assessments, prescribing assistive devices, and training in patients' homes and local environments. Our service area for home visits includes Norrmalm and Kungsholmen. We primarily use bicycles as our mode of transportation, so a driver's license is not required. Qualifications: Licensed physiotherapist with a bachelor's degree (180 credits); a master's degree is an advantage. Experience working in primary care is a plus.
