At the Habilitation Clinic for Children and Youth in Lund, we cater to children and youth up to the age of 18 and their families. We are approximately 30 employees in the unit, and you will be one of several occupational therapists. Additionally, you will participate in various educational and group interventions and provide guidance on motor training in daily activities, play, and other physical activities to parents and networks. You will plan interventions together with children, youth, and parents, as well as other key individuals in the network. Interventions will be provided individually and/or in groups. The position also includes assessing the need for medical and orthopedic aids, as well as prescribing, fitting, and following up on these aids. Upon employment, you will receive orientation and supervision from experienced colleagues in the unit and area, providing you with support in your daily work based on your prior knowledge and experiences. It is natural for you to involve children in the process, and you actively work to increase and support this participation. In your work, you are self-driven, proactive, and flexible.
