We are seeking a physiotherapist at 60% employment. You will work at Annebergsgården, one of our 5 care and nursing homes operated by the municipality's own management.
Annebergsgården has 40 places where residents experience good treatment from staff, are satisfied with their accommodation, and feel secure. Located in a beautiful forested area in Enebyberg, it has easy access to public transportation and ample parking.
Care and Nursing Own Management operates care services within elderly care and LSS, and the area is part of the Social Administration.
WORK TASKS
You will work closely with occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff. Together with the occupational therapist, you are a crucial piece in creating a meaningful daily life for residents. You will guide care staff's responsibility in a health-promoting approach and help create a meaningful and active daily life for the elderly. You will ensure and participate in the multi-professional team around each resident. Documentation is done in Treserva.
The physiotherapist's area of responsibility includes:
• Working with municipal healthcare
• Assessing movement and mobility capabilities, setting goals and planning interventions. You are responsible for following up on your work.
• Making assessments and planning interventions to be communicated to other staff during team meetings and in the documentation system.
• Prescribing, ordering, distributing, and instructing residents and staff about assistive devices. You are responsible for canceling and returning rented devices and verifying invoices from Sodexo.
• Together with the occupational therapist, ensuring updated local routines for Medical Technical Products (MTP). This includes ensuring handling instructions for MTP are available to care staff.
• Staying updated within your competence area. You should be familiar with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing your work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who:
• Is a licensed physiotherapist
• Has good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL and SOL
• Has basic computer skills and documentation experience
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Holds a B driver's license
Experience in elderly care is meritorious.
You have a good ability to guide and inspire care staff. We believe you can easily put yourself in others' situations, listen, show consideration, and adapt. You are collaboration-oriented with focus on the common goal in your work. Furthermore, you handle stress constructively and maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks. You work independently following a clear process and organize and plan your work well. We place great importance on personal suitability.
