About Us Karlskrona Rehabilitation Center is responsible for all rehabilitation within public primary care in Karlskrona, covering 50,000 listed patients. Our operations are currently located in two places, in Lyckeby and at Blekinge Hospital. Our goal is to be a modern outpatient care center where teamwork and patient needs are at the center. The unit is characterized by high expertise and strong commitment. Experienced physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and administrators work together to drive the development of rehabilitation efforts forward. Our operational concept is based on high accessibility, patient satisfaction, and a holistic perspective where we consider the patient's overall health and life situation. Continuous improvement work is an integral part of our daily work. About the Job We are seeking a physiotherapist for our operation. In primary care, you will meet patients of all ages with various types of diseases and conditions. The main tasks consist of independent patient work with individual assessments and treatments, complemented by group activities and teamwork. We have close collaboration across professional boundaries within the Rehabilitation Center and with professionals at the healthcare centers. Common work areas include post-operative orthopedic conditions, osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal pain conditions, mental health, and consultation and scheduling via callback. We also work with group treatments such as osteoarthritis school according to BOA, COPD school, stress management, basic body awareness, and medical functional training. The unit has access to ultrasound diagnostics. As a team member, you will have a varied work with days that offer opportunities for laughter and joy with wonderful colleagues!
