We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to be part of our dedicated health and social care team within LSS!
About the position
As a physiotherapist with us, you will work with individuals with disabilities.
You will work both independently and closely collaborate with occupational therapists and nurses in a multidisciplinary team, where together you contribute to creating the best possible support for each individual user. With us, you will focus on a rehabilitative approach, aiming to maintain or improve the user's functional abilities to the greatest extent possible.
You will work daytime Monday to Friday at LSS units in Norrtälje municipality, and therefore you will need to drive as part of your job.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Assessment of functional ability
- Rehabilitation and basic habilitation
- Initiation of treatment, training, and prescription of assistive devices
- Instructing, guiding, and supporting staff in a rehabilitative approach

About you
For this position, you need to:
- Be a licensed physiotherapist
- Have a driver's license for a passenger car and driving experience
It is advantageous if you also have:
- Experience in the field of functional variation
You possess good communication skills and can adapt your communication based on the situation and the patient's needs. You easily adjust your working methods based on changing conditions and see opportunities in changes. As you encounter individuals with various needs, it is important that you can collaborate well and always keep the patient in focus. You have experience or interest in working with individuals with multiple disabilities.
