About the job
Home rehabilitation is a central part of your role, involving home visits in close collaboration with colleagues at Närhälsan Åmål rehab clinic. The work is both exciting and challenging, and you will have the opportunity to carry out most rehabilitation measures in the patient's home. We integrate rehabilitation into the patient's daily activities and work person-centered with a holistic view of the patient's life situation.
The core responsibilities include examining and treating patients with various musculoskeletal issues and injuries, such as pain, neurological problems, mental health issues, and other medical conditions. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan will be developed, and prescribing assistive devices may be relevant. The work also includes examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages, both at the clinic and during home visits or digital consultations. Treatment is provided individually and in groups.
In both aspects of the role, you will collaborate closely with other professionals and share responsibility with colleagues and management for the development and improvement of the operations. The distribution of work will be approximately 50/50 but can be adjusted based on dialogue.

About the recruitment process
Selection will take place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who will invite candidates for a telephone interview. The recruiting manager will then make a second selection of applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that responses to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
