**About the Job**
Your responsibilities include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also involves prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan will be developed.
The role also includes working as a physiotherapist in our neuro care team in addition to the core responsibilities. The team consists of three physiotherapists, two occupational therapists, and two speech therapists working closely together. There is a goal-oriented approach based on the patient's rehabilitation plan. The tasks include assessing and treating individuals with acquired brain injuries or neurological diseases, both individually and in groups. You will have significant opportunities to influence the work daily and in the long term through development initiatives. The team offers strong collegial support with a focus on collaboration, a good working environment, and patient care.
The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some tasks can be performed remotely.
**About You**
You are a licensed physiotherapist, and it is an advantage if you have 15 credits in neurological rehabilitation following your basic education. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is also a plus, but we welcome new graduates as well.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner based on the organization's goals. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we expect you to be flexible and independent. For you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work.
You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
**Additional Information**
Travel may be required for the position. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
Welcome with your application!
**About the Recruitment Process**
Selection occurs in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who will invite candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager will make a second selection of applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers—this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
